Thank you for your interest in joining Copt Heath Golf Club. We’d be delighted to talk you through the membership options we currently have available.
Please feel free to give us a call on 01564 731620 (Option 2) and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Copt Heath Golf Club is a private members’ club, run exclusively for the benefit of its members. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on the enjoyment of golf alongside a vibrant and friendly social scene.
We welcome applications from individuals who share our passion for the game and who are keen to play an active role in club life.
If you wish to join Copt Heath Golf Club, please complete the application process in full so your application can be processed promptly.
If golf isn’t for you but you’d still like to enjoy the atmosphere and community of Copt Heath Golf Club, our Social Membership offers the perfect alternative.
Social Members enjoy access to our clubhouse, bar, and dining facilities, along with a varied calendar of social events throughout the year. It’s an ideal option for friends, partners, and local residents who want to be part of club life without playing golf.
With exclusive member benefits, regular dining opportunities, and a welcoming social environment, Social Membership allows you to experience the best of Copt Heath beyond the course.
We normally consider applications for full membership from prospective members with a WHS handicap index of 18.5 or better for men and 30.6 or better for ladies. This ensures a suitable level of play to meet the challenges of our course. Applicants without a current handicap at this level, or with a lapsed handicap may be offered membership into another category of membership either on a temporary or restricted basis.
Juniors are not required to have a handicap; however, approval to play and appropriate qualifying rounds will be arranged by the Club Professional. A proposer and seconder are not mandatory, as this will be facilitated by the Professional and Junior Organiser, who can be introduced by the office.
